In keeping with our mission to educate ethical leaders in Africa and promote a culture of integrity and incorruptibility, the Center for Ethical Leadership(CEL) at Palm University College signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII), a Local Chapter of Transparency International on Tuesday, 2nd November 2021.
