CENTER FOR ETHICAL LEADERSHIP
At the Center for Ethical Leadership, we believe that Africa’s future depends on leaders who embody integrity, accountability, and excellence in every aspect of their lives. Through our programs, activities, and research, we equip Africans who aspire to practice and uphold ethical leadership with the skills, values, and community support they need to thrive.
We stand at the forefront of the fight against corruption and unethical leadership behavior, advocating for ethical practices in workplaces, homes, churches, and society at large. Our vision is to nurture leaders who consistently choose to do the right thing even when no one is watching.
Programs
The Center runs practical programs such as Negotiation, Conflict Management & ADR, Social Entrepreneurship, and Professional Ethical Leadership Certification, open to both students and professionals.
Every year, the Center organizes the Ethical Leadership Essay Competition for Senior High Schools, giving young people the chance to reflect on values and leadership early in life.

Through this program, PCEL would certify professionals and students who desire to exhibit (practice) ethical leadership and excellence in all spheres of life. The Association of Professional Ethical and Excellent Leaders (APEL) will serve as an accountability network and tool for its members to ensure they walk the talk of ethical and excellent leadership. The expected outcome is to produce nurtured ethical and excellent leaders who would in the long term change the narrative about leadership in Ghana and Africa
This an annual event will bring together corporate executives and leaders who are passionate about ethical leadership to have deeper conversation on this subject. Our expectation is that as we bring major stakeholders to the table to discuss and confront issues related to corruption and unethical leadership, individuals and leaders in various industries and walks of life across the continent would promote and advocate for ethical leadership across Africa.
