On November 15, 2025, the Palm Center for Ethical Leadership held its professional certification programs’ graduation, celebrating the achievements of the 1st and 2nd cohorts of the Professional Ethical Leadership Certification program and the 3rd cohort of the Negotiation, Conflict Management & ADR program. The event marked another meaningful step in the Center’s mission to promote ethical leadership across workplaces, homes, churches, and society at large. By equipping participants with practical tools and values that encourage doing the right thing even when no one is watching, the Center continues to contribute to the development of leaders who carry integrity into every space they occupy.
