Dr. Peter Carlos Okantey is an experienced educator, higher-education leader, and founder serving as President of Palm University College in Ghana, a private liberal arts institution focused on producing ethical and excellent leaders for Africa. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership as well as advanced degrees in Management and Organizational Leadership, and has over 20 years of leadership, teaching, and organizational experience in both Ghana and the United States.
Dr. Courtney Cash is a global health and social impact leader based in Rome, Georgia, known for his work in global health, social enterprise, and development initiatives. He actively engages with global health, social enterprise, and entrepreneurial communities, frequently sharing insights on leadership, education,
innovation, and impact-driven initiatives.
Dr. Bernice Welbeck is career Public Servant with over 30 years’ experience in the civil/public service administration, working mainly in labour administration. She has served on various committees of labour including the National Tripartite Committee and the Tripartite Technical Committee on the new Labour Law. She is presently the Executive Secretary at the National Labour Commission.
Dr. Lane Perry is an experienced higher education leader, scholar, and entrepreneurship educator serving as a faculty member in the College of Business at Western Carolina University where he teaches and guides students in innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community engagement. He has nearly two decades of teaching and academic leadership experience.
Dr. Eleanor T. Khonje is an executive coach, professor, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist who helps ambitious women gain clarity and build fulfilling careers and businesses rooted in authenticity and legacy. She is the founder of ETK Leadership Solutions, where she focuses on leadership development, personal growth, and intentional living.
Aaron Amadu Baba is a Lawyer by profession and a Senior Military Officer. He is currently a Directing Staff (Lecturer) at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC). He is a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator of the National Labour Commission. He is also an Executive Member and a Facilitator in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with the Ghana Association of Certified Mediators and Arbitrators (GHACMA).
Eugene Eluerkeh is a Senior Growth Catalyst and Strategic Innovation, with extensive experience helping startups scale and established businesses grow through design thinking, strategy, and digital transformation. He works with GrowthAfrica / Orange Corners Ghana, supporting entrepreneurs with capacity building, market strategy, and innovation facilitation. Eugene also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Palm University College.
