PROFESSIONAL ETHICAL LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Most professions provide some form of certification for professionals and some form of accountability network for practitioners. It is not the case for practicing leaders. Through the Professional Ethical Leadership Certification program, the Palm Centre for Ethical Leadership (CEL) seeks to nurture and grow a community of practitioners who would hold each other accountable and form formidable united front in the fight against corruption and unethical leadership behavior in our society. This certification program is necessary because it focuses on ethical leadership accountability framework which is realistically absent in our concept of leadership today.

Professional Ethical Leadership Certification Program Modules

Module 1: Citizenship
Module 2: Ethical Leadership
Module 3: Ethical Leadership Honour Code of Practice
Module 4: Entrepreneurial Leadership
Module 5: Team Building, Leadership, and Managing People
Module 6: Leading and Managing Change and Crisis
Module 7: Leveraging Technology and Digital Resources in Innovation and Creative Leadership
Module 8: Executive Coaching & Mentoring
Module 9: Problem Solving in Leadership
Module 10: Practicum

Duration of the Professional Ethical Leadership Certification program

3 months (June 15th to September 7th). The program is online only.
DAY & TIME:
SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS
6PM - 8 PM EACH NIGHT
